How to purchase the products from our health center
Step by step guide to buying online from our health center.
1. Browse the site finding the products you require
2. Add all of the products you want to your basket ("BUY buttons")
3. View your basket (click on ' Shopping Cart' at the top right of the page
4. Change quantities and then click "update" or remove items from your basket
5. When you're happy with the total press "proceed to checkout" You cannot change products or quantities after this point.
6. If you are a first time customer to Worldwide Health Center, enter your email address and a password you can remember in the new registration section. Now enter your billing and delivery details. Return Customers only need enter their email and password in the logon section.
7. You are now in your "order summary page" Check your details and amend if needed by pressing 'Edit Entry'. Then press "Continue" button
8. If you are happy with the contents of you order press the 'Proceed' button. (Only if you wish to pay online by card)
9. You can now choose one of the four safe ways to pay!
For UK and US customers only, you can also order by mail and pay by cheque. Follow steps 1-9 above and print or write your order along with your details i.e. name, address, and telephone number. Mail your order with a cheque for the specified amount, made payable to

***Cheques will be cleared before orders can be delivered. This method will take longer than the above methods.

Payment is secured online using PayPal. Considered as the highest standard in protection for information transmitted via the Internet. Your personal information are completely protected. This form of payment guarantees the fastest delivery time.
Delivery Times are usually received within the following time period:
Canada: 3-7 working days.
USA: 6-8 working days
Other countries (HK.,Taiwan& Mainland China): 9-15 working days
Once you have placed your order, you will be notified by email when the products have been dispatched and of your scheduled delivery date. The date given is normally accurate but may vary by a day either way due to postal services. Shipping costs to the US, UK and all EU countries have a fixed shipping cost regardless of order size.
